Maria Thompson and Rebecca Greenwell launched this estate sale business in 2001 and have been privileged to conduct many sales since then. The sales themselves, though a lot of work, are a lot of fun. Meeting with the clients and assisting them in resolving their needs is very fulfilling.  Helping the customers the day of the sale and knowing someone has found just what they needed or wanted is satisfying.

We serve those in need of assistance in ‘clearing out’ their home an estate sale is a wise choice. By carrying out an on-site two-day sale and sweeping the house clean, we can aid the seller in preparing their home for selling and/or for closing.  The property exposure an estate sale brings also serves as a useful realtors marketing tool.

Keeping personal property in circulation as opposed to buying all new is environmentally advantageous and reduces strain on our area landfills.  This,  of course,  is very worthwhile.

Maria Thompson

Maria has many years experience conducting estate sales. she is a graduate of university of Tennessee’s Interior design program.  Maria's has a varied background not only in design, but also in collecting, valuing and organization.   She is a resident of Asheville, a furniture designer, art collector and dabbling artist.  Maria divides her time between Asheville and Washington and has decided to continue her work in both areas.

Becca Greenwell

Becca has organized and conducted estate sales for several years.  She strives to make every sale a stress-free experience for the client.  Her background as a healthcare professional contributes to her ability to work well with the public. Currently she is continuing her art career, painting, exhibiting and selling her work.  In her personal life she spends time with her husband of 34 years as with her five children and their families.

Anna Thompson

Anna is a recent college graduate with a degree in sculpture. She has worked for years sorting, staging and assisting with sales.  She is an art and vintage clothing expert.  Having grown up in the estate sale business, Anna’s keen eye is always welcome.   Anna’s enthusiasm brings a special element to all sales.
